Shopping guide:

3.We delivers package. When the payment is confirmed, Buyer will get tracking information.

4.Buyer receives package and checks quality and quantity of item(s).

5.Buyer completes order and gives feedback and product review.

My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. About Free Shipping? 

Genneral all products are free shipping for US,CA,AU,parts country of Europ and Asia.If you are from other country,please contact with sell service and we will check if your country is free shipping?Also it is free shipping by shipper:post office.

When will my order ship?? 

Genneral we will ship out your order whthin 3-5 days after confirming your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my package? 

Genneral 10-45 days.

What if my package breaks? 

If damaged product is received, do NOT use it. Send pictures ASAP to our seller service.we will artrange news to you in the first time.

What if my package was seized by Custom?
