I like the heavy duty glass, how well this thing works, and how quiet it is. One suggestion is get yourself an ash catcher. The inside did start getting dirty after few uses and then realized how well an ash catcher would help. I bought a 2nd one of these for a friend as its a great quality item. I would say shipping time took about 3 weeks from order to received amp;#40;USAamp;#41;. Great seller!
