Shipping speed: excellent - ordered 10/22, received 11/4. Packaging: excellent - every part was individually bubble wrapped then placed into a thick cardboard box (tightly, with no rattles), this first box was placed inside a second thick shipping box (shimmed with foam to prevent movement). This outer box was then completely wrapped in clear packing tape, making for a very sturdy package. My package arrived without any exterior damage. Impressions: WOW! This is a seriously nice piece. The weight is good for either handheld or tabletop use. The draw is perfect. This has instantly become my go-to piece. Cons: You need to buy an adaptor to use this as an oil rig (HIGHLY recommended). The upstem mouthpiece is more fragile than the body, so be careful. I purchased a keck clip to secure mine. Would be nice if replacement or alternative mouthpieces were available, but they are not, so again, BE CAREFUL! Final words: Buy this piece
