Purchased this bong took about 10 days to get to chicago bong hit really good so did the ash catcher, only thing is the ash catcher was a little crooked didnt sit straight on the bong. So i contacted the seller and they were extremely understanding. They replaced my ashcatcher with a brand new one. Now my bong hits and looks perfect.
